Lead Fervo's investor communications and capital markets engagement. Own quarterly reporting, earnings preparation, SEC disclosure coordination, investor outreach, analyst relations, and investor events. Design and lead Fervo's internal audit function and SOX program, define the enterprise risk universe, execute financial, IT/OT, cybersecurity, and regulatory audits, coordinate with external auditors and co-source providers, report to the Audit Committee, and build a scalable audit team and continuous monitoring capabilities.

Full-cycle recruiter owning requisitions from intake through offer for technical, operational, and corporate roles. Source and build pipelines, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, partner with hiring managers on assessments, support offers and onboarding, and represent the company at career events while managing ATS data and candidate experience.

Lead and scale the end-to-end supply chain organization, owning strategy, supplier relations, procurement, logistics, inventory systems, category management, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Construction, and Operations to drive cost reduction, schedule discipline, and continuous improvement.

Manage external preparers, support tax equity and clean energy credits (ITC/PTC), build controls and audit-ready documentation, support SOX/SEC readiness, identify automation opportunities, and partner cross-functionally on tax planning, forecasting, and project finance tax matters.

Lead general ledger activities, month-end close, internal controls, and capital/project accounting. Improve accounting policies, support audits, mentor junior staff, and partner cross-functionally for accurate, scalable financial reporting under US GAAP.
