Support watershed restoration and conservation through grant identification, application development, grant administration, project implementation, partner coordination, site visits, monitoring, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder outreach. Manage multiple projects, maintain compliance and documentation, and assist watershed organizations and municipalities to advance AMD remediation, stream restoration, riparian buffers, and related initiatives.

Provide administrative support for grants, programs, and projects including maintaining electronic and paper files, preparing reimbursement requests, supporting procurement and contract administration, tracking budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance and record retention, assisting with audits and grant closeouts, and coordinating with staff, vendors, and partner agencies.

Support administration and implementation of delegated regulatory programs (erosion and sediment control, post-construction stormwater). Duties include permit review, field inspections, compliance monitoring, technical assistance, reporting, outreach, and coordination with agencies, applicants, and the public.
