Lead creative campaign development from concept through execution across print, digital, and social. Direct designers and copywriters, present work to clients, manage multiple projects, maintain brand consistency, and drive innovation by staying current with design trends and technologies.

Create and edit copy across print, broadcast, web, social, outdoor, and internal materials. Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams, conduct market research, support social media ideation and community management, participate in client meetings, and adapt copy to meet brand voice and campaign goals.

Edit and assemble video content for multiple platforms, collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams, produce rough and final cuts, incorporate music/graphics/effects, ensure continuity and color consistency, and support social and client-focused production needs while identifying new tools and trends.

Support project and account teams by maintaining timelines, coordinating resources, managing documentation, scheduling meetings, proofreading deliverables, and handling client communications for smaller accounts. Assist with billing/time tracking processes, proposals and SOWs, and help identify upsell opportunities while supporting project managers on overflow tasks.

Create and schedule organic social content and monthly content calendars for agency clients. Produce graphics, short-form video, GIFs, and edits; manage community engagement and reputation; collaborate with copywriters, media planners and designers; lead social shoots, identify trends, and help develop the agencys social department and workflows.
