Lead a new Program Data Team to drive data-informed program management, impact measurement, and targeting for organizing work. Manage foundation giving portfolio through prospect research, grant writing, stewardship, and cross-team collaboration. Project-manage solicitations and reporting, forecast revenue, and maintain data in Salesforce.
