Assists the Community Manager with daily residential property operations, resident relations, reporting, accounts payable, payroll, work orders, audits, HUD and IHDA compliance, recertifications, HAP vouchers, marketing support, and community activities. Assumes community management responsibilities during the manager’s absence and ensures adherence to property management policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable regulations.

Assists the Community Manager with daily property operations, resident services, reporting, accounts payable, HUD and IHDA compliance, recertifications, audits, work orders, payroll, community activities, and resident issue documentation. Assumes community management responsibilities during the manager’s absence while maintaining compliance with housing regulations, Fair Housing requirements, and company policies.

Assists the Community Manager with daily residential property operations, including resident service, rent and deposit reporting, accounts payable, work orders, payroll, audits, HUD/IHDA compliance, recertifications, HAP vouchers, gross rent processing in YARDI, incident reporting, marketing support, and community activities. Assumes community management responsibilities during the manager’s absence and supports team training and resident satisfaction.
