Sell new and used RVs through customer demonstrations, walk-throughs, and follow-up. Collaborate with F&I and sales management to close deals, provide high-integrity, no-pressure service, and handle inventory/customer data entry.

Greet and welcome customers as the first point of contact, manage front-desk activities and incoming calls, check in VIP appointments, track sales calls in the CRM, assist customers with inquiries, and perform other assigned reception and administrative duties.

Sell new and used RVs through high-quality customer service, product demonstrations, and walkthroughs. Close sales with F&I and management, follow up with customers using a no-pressure approach, and maintain inventory and customer records.

Serve as an Internet Sales Coordinator / SDR to prospect, nurture, and convert leads. Make 8–10 outbound calls per hour, schedule appointments, manage CRM records, align with marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, handle customer inquiries and online reputation, and collaborate with the sales team. VinSolutions experience preferred.

Lead concepting and execution across full-funnel marketing—campaigns, social, email, paid, and experiential. Produce social-first content, mentor junior creatives, collaborate cross-functionally, manage external partners, and embed AI tools into creative workflows to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining brand consistency.

Write brand and performance copy across campaigns, social, email, paid media, events, and long-form storytelling. Concept with creative teams, craft CRM and lifecycle emails, produce platform-native social content, support influencer briefs, and use AI writing tools to accelerate iteration while maintaining brand voice tied to the RV/outdoors community.
