Lead preparation and technical review of CEQA documents (EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, Exemption Findings) for Orange and San Diego County projects; manage project teams, scopes, schedules, and client relationships; provide CEQA procedural guidance and occasional public representation.

Lead CEQA compliance strategy and execution for large, complex projects, prepare EIRs, mentor technical staff, manage scopes, budgets, and schedules across key accounts, and represent the firm at public meetings, hearings, and client presentations.
