Lead HR service delivery for nonprofit clients: manage HR generalist teams, advise on employee relations, compliance, union matters, talent and performance, run complex projects, optimize HR systems and SOPs, and maintain strong client relationships.

Lead Signal-Return’s strategic direction, fundraising, program development, operations, and community engagement. Oversee budgeting, staff, donor relations, grant writing, and partnerships to preserve and expand letterpress education and arts programming.

Serve as the primary financial liaison to nonprofit clients, delivering financial oversight, reporting, budgeting, grant and project accounting, and strategic advisory. Lead and mentor accounting teams, ensure compliance with grant requirements, improve financial processes, and maintain strong client relationships to support mission-driven organizations.
