Manage and grow government and corporate funding by building relationships with local, state, and federal agencies; set and meet public funding goals; oversee RFPs and contracts; coordinate with advancement staff, board, and finance; represent NDI at community events; prepare reports for leadership and board.

Lead and execute all fundraising for NDI New Mexico: set and meet annual, capital, legacy, and endowment goals; manage a development team (~10), cultivate a personal donor portfolio (~150 prospects), oversee grants and CRM integrity, coordinate board development committees, prepare development budgets, and serve on senior leadership to drive strategy, stewardship, and donor engagement across Santa Fe and Albuquerque.

Seasonal stagehand responsible for assisting with stage setup and teardown, loading and moving scenery, supporting lighting and sound crews, and performing general physical and on-call crew duties under supervision.

Lead Albuquerque fundraising by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major and annual donors; manage donor portfolios, coordinate board and committee fundraising activities, oversee development staff and events, maintain donor records in Salesforce, track budgets and fundraising goals, and represent NDI New Mexico in the community.
