Serve as the financial liaison for construction projects, managing project accounting, forecasting, cost reporting, contract administration, change order reconciliation, payroll, requisitions, procurement, and closeout. Work on active job sites, lead and train project teams, ensure compliance and safety, support cash-flow monitoring, KPI reporting, and contribute to process improvements and proposals.

Manage administrative and technical aspects of electrical construction projects: contract administration, schedules, permits, procurement, team supervision, monthly reporting, client/engineer relationships, project closeout, and proposal support. Ensure safety, training, and on-site leadership for timely, compliant delivery.

Prepare 2D installation/details and 3D electrical models, coordinate models with engineers/manufacturers, perform site surveys and quantity take-offs, create spool and prefabrication drawings, attend project meetings, and support BIM strategy and QA/QC for electrical construction projects.

Lead planning and scheduling for multiple commercial construction projects, develop and monitor baseline and updated schedules, perform time impact analyses, cost and manpower loading, identify trends using analytics, support proposals and training delivery, and liaise with owners, subcontractors, and operations teams.

Lead day-to-day management of large construction projects including project planning, contract administration, procurement, schedule and financial reporting. Coordinate stakeholders, secure permits, manage risks, run project meetings, train and lead teams, prepare status and close-out reports, drive site safety, support business development, and recruit and retain project talent.

Provide day-to-day production support and functional configuration for Workday. Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, reporting, and integrations across core modules. Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues, perform root-cause analysis, manage releases, maintain data integrity, document configurations, and train users while partnering with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Lead day-to-day management of large construction projects: create project plans, manage contracts, schedules, budgets, risk, procurement and closeout; lead teams; coordinate stakeholders; ensure safety, permits, insurance, and reporting; support proposals, recruiting, and client relationships.

Support the bid and buyout process by preparing and reviewing subcontracts, inputting and maintaining budgets, coordinating with purchasing and project teams, and interfacing with senior management, Risk Management, Legal, and central business partners to ensure contracts align with company standards and mitigate risk.

Manage technical and engineering aspects of construction projects: coordinate clients, trade partners, architects and staff; handle submittals, schedules, procurement, change orders, material deliveries, document management, project closeout, training, and cost takeoffs to ensure accuracy, resource alignment, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Corporate and External Affairs Group: manage schedules and workflows, serve as trusted contact for stakeholders, coordinate events/meetings/travel, monitor departmental budgeting, drive operational improvements using AI tools, and lead special projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
