Manages franchise operations across an assigned territory by coaching franchisees, improving revenue and profitability, analyzing financial and operational metrics, enforcing brand and food-safety standards, supporting openings and remodels, coordinating training, and driving adoption of company initiatives. The role develops corrective action plans, strengthens guest experiences, supports franchise agreements and ownership transitions, and travels extensively to franchise locations.

Builds and governs operational knowledge, systems, decision guides, restaurant tools, recipes, and back-office data. The role captures restaurant processes, maintains trusted documentation, partners with IT and culinary teams, and represents operations to marketing and other cross-functional groups. It also supports rollouts, process changes, commercial shoots, and operational accuracy across the restaurant system.
