Develop detailed AutoCAD shop drawings and submittal packages for custom architectural millwork and casework. Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and field dimensions; engineer complex materials, joinery, curved components, and hardware applications. Collaborate with estimating, project management, production, fabrication, and assembly teams to resolve constructability issues and minimize rework. Review engineering quality, troubleshoot shop-floor challenges, manage priorities, and mentor fellow engineers.
