Develops commercial lending relationships with businesses through networking, referrals, community involvement, and client meetings. Identifies and originates loan opportunities, analyzes financial statements, gathers documentation, structures and negotiates commercial loans, and recommends deposit, lending, and cash management solutions. Maintains client portfolios, partners with internal teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and represents the credit union in the community. The role is highly mobile, with 80–90% of time spent outside the office and occasional evening or weekend commitments.

Develops and optimizes automated digital marketing journeys across email, banking, websites, and social channels. Owns MCIF data and marketing automation platforms, builds audience segments, manages triggered communications, and ensures data quality and compliance. Analyzes campaign performance, member behavior, conversion, adoption, and ROI through dashboards and reports. Leads market research and translates insights into growth recommendations while partnering with IT, compliance, lending, retail, and agency teams.

Analyzes commercial real estate, commercial and industrial, and construction loan opportunities and existing relationships. Reviews financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, guarantors, and industry risk; prepares credit memorandums and recommendations; approves loans within authority; monitors portfolio performance, risk ratings, annual reviews, and early warning indicators; and partners with lending teams on credit decisions and documentation.
