Administers and improves the bank’s Treasury Management Program, coordinating customer implementations, onboarding, training, support, documentation, reporting, vendor communications, and process improvements. Partners with relationship managers, lenders, operations teams, IT, vendors, and business customers to implement treasury services, resolve issues, maintain security and compliance, and monitor program effectiveness.
