Senior Java Developer role based in Mexico City. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three office days determined by the manager, area, or project. Occasional full-week onsite attendance may be required for planning, refinement sessions, training, or during the first week of assignment. Clients may eventually require fully onsite work. Intermediate English is required.

Designs and maintains scalable cloud-native ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, Lakehouse architectures, APIs, and real-time streaming solutions. Uses Azure, Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and distributed data technologies to support analytics and business intelligence. Ensures data quality, governance, security, performance, and reliability while collaborating with analysts, data scientists, application teams, and stakeholders. Supports DataOps, CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automated deployment of enterprise data platforms.

Build and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform, including reusable modules, provisioning, testing, peer review, and CI validation. Manage Azure resource hierarchy, RBAC, governance, security controls, PaaS services, private endpoints, and VNet-integrated connectivity. Author CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, manage service connections, and collaborate across multi-vendor workstream teams. Azure Landing Zones, governance, DevSecOps, and FinOps experience are relevant, with Terraform and Azure platform engineering prioritized.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and curated datasets for enterprise credit risk, lending, and analytics. Builds solutions with Databricks and cloud-native platforms, implements data quality, monitoring, testing, and observability, and supports platform modernization. Partners with technical and business teams, troubleshoots production issues, contributes to architecture, improves reliability and efficiency, and mentors junior engineers.

Leads technical investigation and implementation of end-to-end application traceability. Responsibilities include Java performance engineering, JVM and application server diagnostics, distributed tracing, structured logging, APM implementation, Oracle performance analysis, connection and thread pool troubleshooting, API latency analysis, browser-to-backend tracing, frontend monitoring, and network, proxy, load balancer, and TLS troubleshooting across legacy and partially instrumented platforms.

Leads the design and modernization of enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and lakehouse architectures supporting credit risk, decisioning, analytics, and AI initiatives. Architects scalable ETL/ELT and streaming solutions, establishes data quality, governance, lineage, security, and observability standards, and optimizes distributed workloads. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders, drives technical roadmaps and architectural decisions, mentors engineers, supports compliance and audits, and leads complex initiatives across multiple teams.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow scoped applications using the NOW SDK, ServiceNow Fluent, JavaScript, APIs, workflows, and platform configuration. Configure ITSM and CSM capabilities, integrations, reports, dashboards, ACLs, and automated testing. Analyze requirements, troubleshoot technical and data transformation issues, document solutions, and support platform operations. Collaborate with global teams, communicate with senior stakeholders, and deliver assignments under tight deadlines.

Drive regional B2B growth in Colombia by prospecting industrial accounts, presenting technical coating solutions, converting opportunities, managing customer relationships, and generating recurring revenue. Build distributor, reseller, applicator, and strategic partner channels while maintaining pipeline reporting, forecasting, pricing discipline, and communication with management. The role requires technical sales aptitude, English and local-language fluency, an entrepreneurial prospecting approach, and personal remote-work equipment.

Support enterprise and non-enterprise releases by planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring deployments across non-production and production environments. Maintain Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub CI/CD pipelines; prepare runbooks, implementation plans, and release documentation; support rollback and post-release validation; track risks and dependencies in Jira and CRR processes; and coordinate cross-functional teams during critical release windows.

Design and optimize production-grade Databricks lakehouse architectures using medallion layers, Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog. Govern data and AI assets, implement cloud security, tune performance, optimize costs, and develop advanced SQL and Python or Scala solutions. Preferred experience includes GenAI, MLflow, CI/CD, streaming, orchestration, data warehousing, BI integration, and Databricks certifications.
