Provides technical support for ACTIA products, assists with requirements and functional specifications, coordinates product development activities, supports production startup, creates software and system test plans, configures CAN-based testing environments, performs verification and validation, mentors junior test engineers, and ensures compliance with ISO, OSHA, and legal requirements. The role requires expertise in vehicle or vessel architectures, electronics, embedded systems, software engineering, troubleshooting, and electronics production processes.

Drive North American sales and business development for ACTIA in-vehicle network and onboard electronics. Manage full sales cycle, develop market strategy, qualify opportunities, support RFQs and negotiations, collaborate with engineering, support and other teams, attend trade shows, and ensure legal and ISO compliance.

Design, develop, integrate, verify, and support embedded vehicle software. Lead technical design, mentor junior engineers, perform debugging and testing, support system bring-up, vehicle communications (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), and collaborate across hardware, validation, manufacturing, and customers through product lifecycle.

Coordinate customer account activities including entering/amending orders, expediting shipments, processing payments, managing forecasts and pricing, issuing returns/credits, preparing reports, and collaborating with sales, purchasing, production and shipping while ensuring ISO/OSHA compliance and maintaining accurate customer and sales data.
