Manages the commercial loan portfolio by supporting relationship teams, maintaining credit quality, monitoring covenants and collateral, and coordinating reviews, renewals, documentation, and risk processes. Supports loan production through financial analysis, underwriting, credit applications, term sheets, and closing activities. Uses nCino to manage workflows, covenant servicing, approvals, and process improvements. Partners with Credit, Relationship Managers, and lending leadership while occasionally supporting client meetings and loan closings.

Serves as the product expert and operational support resource for deposit services, including ACH, wire transfers, debit cards, online and mobile banking, and remote deposit capture. Processes transactions, reconciles queues and accounts, troubleshoots complex client issues, maintains procedures, reviews system updates, and supports compliance with NACHA, Fedwire, Regulation E, BSA, and anti-money-laundering requirements. Requires strong accuracy, customer service, systems expertise, and collaboration with vendors, IT, branches, and relationship managers.

Supports administration and continuous improvement of Salesforce and nCino platforms. Provides user support, account and permission management, reporting, dashboards, data audits, troubleshooting, training, documentation, testing, and enhancement project assistance. Helps maintain data quality, promote platform adoption, document business processes, and identify workflow improvements with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Lead and manage mortgage relationship managers to drive mortgage and consumer loan growth, approve loans within delegated authority, build referral networks, collaborate with product and secondary market partners, and ensure strong borrower experience while supporting cross-sell of deposit products.
