Lead a 9-month project to improve placement teaching and learning for BAME healthcare students. Develop and manage project plans, liaise with higher education and practice partners, promote the programme internally and externally, and implement change while applying a strong understanding of structural racism.

Provide generalist HR advice to managers (conduct, performance, maternity, contracts), manage long-term sickness and occupational health cases, handle work permits/UKVI queries, perform HR administration and data input, and support the HR advice team during a 5-month fixed-term assignment.
