Supports administration of the Kiowa Tribe’s Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, performance management, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, records management, compliance, training, and policy implementation. Maintains confidential personnel information, assists with investigations and audits, coordinates onboarding and employee development, and may serve as Acting Human Resources Director when delegated.

Administers the Kiowa Tribe’s EPA General Assistance Program by managing work plans, grant reporting, environmental assessments, outreach, and inter-agency coordination. The role supports environmental planning, policy monitoring, tribal regulations, community education, and leadership decision-making. Duties combine office and field work, including outdoor assessments and occasional travel. Candidates need strong communication, organization, project management, and multitasking abilities, plus a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and successful completion of drug testing and a background check.

Lead administration and enforcement of tribal commerce and tax laws. Supervise staff, prepare and monitor departmental budget, issue licenses and permits, ensure compliance and enforcement (including corporations and oil & gas), recover taxes and penalties, coordinate with tribal, local, state and federal entities, and provide reports and recommendations to the Tax Commission.

Lead the Tribe's federal, state, and private grants portfolio; implement and enforce the Master Grants Policy; supervise embedded grant writers; manage submissions, budgets, reporting, and federal portal registrations; coordinate with compliance, finance, and program teams; represent the Tribe to federal partners and support governmental affairs (~20%).
