Manage law firm operations including personnel, payroll, time-off, attorney and client scheduling, onboarding and managing Of Counsel attorneys, client communications, expense and billable tracking, and firm-wide process improvement and KPI development to increase efficiency.

Expected to manage a caseload of 50+ debt defense matters while collaborating with a distributed legal team.
