Creates parts, maintains manufacturing software data, reviews drawings and bills of materials, interprets contracts and technical documents, and communicates with customers and erectors about building designs. May visit job sites for training on new parts and erection methods.

Lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy across brands and divisions, aligning brand, demand generation, digital, communications, and go-to-market. Advise business units, oversee integrated campaigns (SEO, email, social, web, events), manage marketing operations, KPIs, budgets, vendors, and marketing technology. Coach and grow the marketing team, apply market research, and drive lead quality and revenue growth. Travel up to 25%.
