Serves as the front-office point of contact for visitors, callers, employees, vendors, and stakeholders. Handles reception, telephone routing, mail and deliveries, document preparation, filing, meeting scheduling, office supplies, records, vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and general administrative support. Maintains a professional, organized, confidential, and welcoming office environment while supporting daily operations.

Lead regional fundraising across MD, DC, and VA, managing major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, grants, and events. Supervise and mentor development staff, cultivate and steward a portfolio of major donors, oversee donor data practices in Raiser's Edge NXT, collaborate with marketing and program teams, and drive regional revenue goals with up to 50% travel.
