Handle incoming sales and showroom inquiries, schedule and confirm sales/service appointments, follow up on leads (internet, showroom, aged), track sold vehicles and hot sheets, and coordinate with dealership departments to convert leads into appointments and sales.

Handle inbound internet and phone customer inquiries, make outbound calls/emails/texts to generate appointments and sales, enter data into CRM, present and deliver vehicles, and coordinate with finance. Use lead and inventory tools and maintain high customer service and ethical standards.

Manage dealership internet sales: respond to online and phone inquiries, generate appointments and sales, maintain CRM and inventory data, price and advertise used cars, update website and reports, manage and hire BDC staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
