Manages daily operations of a multifamily residential community, including team supervision, leasing, marketing, resident relations, compliance, accounting, budgeting, maintenance, revenue management, and occupancy. Oversees LIHTC and fair housing compliance, property software records, inspections, resident events, employee performance, financial reporting, and relationships with housing authorities and commercial clients.

Assists with daily multifamily property operations, including leasing, marketing, resident relations, accounting, rent collection, compliance, lease administration, reporting, and maintaining resident data in Yardi. Supports tax-credit housing requirements, resident events, customer service, and community performance. Acts as onsite supervisor when the Community Manager is absent.

Maintains accounting records and financial reporting for real estate development projects across predevelopment, construction, lease-up, and stabilized operations. Responsibilities include journal entries, account and bank reconciliations, financing and funding activity, monthly reporting, project cost analysis, audit and tax support, and coordination with internal teams, lenders, investors, and property managers. The role also researches accounting treatments and improves accounting processes.

Maintains Yardi records, supports applications and move-ins, resolves resident concerns, coordinates with accounting and compliance teams, and supervises onsite operations when the Community Manager is absent.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance reporting across development, construction, and asset management. Evaluates real estate transactions, portfolio strategies, financing alternatives, and investment performance while preparing executive, lender, investor, and board materials. Oversees an FP&A Analyst and improves planning processes, reporting infrastructure, data integrity, and business intelligence systems to support data-driven decisions.

Support daily community operations and assist the Community Manager with leasing, resident relations, accounting, compliance (including tax credit programs), marketing, reporting, and onsite supervision. Maintain resident management software (Yardi), process payments and move-ins/move-outs, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve service issues, and participate in community events and training.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and integrated financial modeling for development, construction, and asset management. Provide scenario analysis, capital planning, portfolio performance reporting, and decision support for executives, lenders, and investors. Oversee an FP&A analyst, improve FP&A processes and systems, assist implementation of planning/BI tools, and support analysis of acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and lease-up/stabilization performance.
