Provide on-site IT support for casino and back-office environments: troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, VoIP/PBX, POS, kiosks and EGMs; monitor systems; handle user provisioning, ticketing, asset tracking, documentation, and participate in IT projects and maintenance across shifts.

Build and maintain relationships with premium casino guests to drive retention and gaming revenue. Provide exceptional guest service, resolve complaints, manage comps and marker authorizations, solicit loyalty program enrollment, coordinate guest travel and hospitality, conduct telemarketing and floor contact, and support casino marketing events and promotions.
