Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to optimize manufacturing workflows and material flow. Maintain SAP PP/VC data, conduct time studies and labor analysis, support automation and system integration, develop standard work and training, and support capacity planning, cost estimation, and performance tracking. May supervise direct reports.

Manage product roadmap, provide advanced technical application support, lead cross-functional teams, develop training and pricing strategy, supervise support and applications teams, analyze market/competition, and support sales channels and field application needs.

Execute full-cycle recruiting to source, screen, interview, and hire candidates. Partner with hiring managers and HR to build recruitment strategies, maintain ATS, ensure AAP/EEO compliance, run outreach events, improve processes and candidate experience, and provide hiring updates and labor market insights.

Own and manage the HR technology ecosystem with Workday as the core HCM. Lead HR IT team, prioritize and deliver HR technology projects and integrations (including SAP and third-party vendors), maintain governance, data standards, security, and performance. Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors on roadmap, system upgrades, documentation, training, and support to improve processes and employee experience. Manage vendors, consultants, and staff; oversee technical issue resolution and systems analyst training. Travel to campus 10-25% and local commuting proximity preferred.

Serve as a strategic HR business partner to leaders, driving talent strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, labor relations, performance management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Lead talent acquisition support, compensation planning, change management, and coach HR team members to improve engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness.
