Lead and grow a global façade access consulting practice: design complete façade access systems, provide technical leadership, oversee procurement and installation, support bidding and business development, mentor staff, and ensure code-compliant, safe, and maintainable building access solutions.

Lead accounting and close processes for India, Vietnam, and Australia; own intercompany, FX, allocations, accruals, lease accounting, reconciliations, and audit coordination. Review inputs, reports, and integrations; resolve discrepancies and inquiries; ensure multi-state tax compliance and accurate filings; maintain controls and documentation; support audits and transition to a new global payroll platform while partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, prepare communications and materials, handle confidential information, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and support special projects and executive initiatives with proactive problem-solving and strong organization.

Support computational design and VDC workflows for structural engineering projects by developing parametric Rhino/Grasshopper models, creating diagrams, animations, and 4D construction visualizations, building interoperable BIM/analysis models, scripting automation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve digital delivery and client communication.
