Coordinates with dispatch, field service, engineering, project management, sales, and clients to maintain uptime and ensure effective incident resolution.

Lead revenue growth for front-of-the-meter battery energy storage solutions serving utilities, developers, IPPs, cooperatives, and municipalities. Responsibilities include managing strategic accounts, complex sales cycles, pricing, proposals, financial modeling, CRM forecasting, customer relationships, and cross-functional coordination through contract execution. The role requires expertise in BESS project development, wholesale power markets, grid interconnection, ISO/RTO structures, utility procurement, and energy infrastructure sales. Travel is approximately 25% for conferences, customer visits, and corporate activities.
