Provide administrative support to the Dean's office and division leads: scheduling, event logistics, records and syllabus management, supply and financial processing, supervise student workers, liaise with facilities, and assist with hiring and website/catalog updates to support academic operations in the College of Humanities, Education and the Arts.

Manage a portfolio of ~80–100 major and planned gift donors, cultivate and solicit gifts, develop individualized moves management plans, prepare donor proposals and stewardship materials, track activity in Raiser's Edge NXT, collaborate with campus leaders, represent the university externally, and meet annual fundraising goals.
