Oversee the Bank’s loan portfolio across lending segments, monitoring portfolio quality, repayment performance, delinquency, credit risks, concentrations, and emerging issues. Lead vintage and cohort analysis, reporting, dashboards, regulatory returns, IFRS 9/ECL coordination, collateral monitoring, data reconciliation, forecasting, and corrective action recommendations. Manage the Portfolio Management team, investigate exceptions, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and present portfolio insights to senior management and credit or risk committees.

Monitor, review, and test banking IT controls across access management, change management, operations, cybersecurity, applications, infrastructure, and data integrity. Conduct ITGC and application control assessments, identify deficiencies, support fraud and incident investigations, recommend remediation, track corrective actions, and contribute to the annual IT control and audit plan. The role requires six years of hands-on experience and supports continuous improvement of the bank’s technology control framework.
