Provide administrative and client-facing support to the Wealth Management team: manage phones and calendars, prepare reports and statements, maintain records, process basic transactions, coordinate meetings and events, ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance, and support client service and community outreach.

Evaluate customer financial data to assess creditworthiness, prepare credit presentations and annual reviews, support loan officers, maintain credit documentation and reports, assist with audits, covenant monitoring, and credit administration.

Serve as HR Generalist supporting recruiting, onboarding, payroll and HRIS administration (Paylocity), benefits, employee relations, compliance (FMLA, unemployment), engagement, performance reviews, investigations, and HR projects to improve culture and processes.
