Provide front-desk reception and general office administration: manage calls, post/couriers, visitor log, stationery, meeting room bookings, basic expense documentation, and handle product queries per pharmacovigilance SOPs. Support smooth reception operations and coordinate with other departments.

Manage import/export operations and documentation, complete customs entries, liaise with carriers and suppliers, minimise port/demurrage charges, check transport invoices and VAT deferment, produce monthly MI for the Financial Controller, negotiate with carriers, and drive process improvements and data integrity across systems.
