Serves as the first point of contact for dealership customers through inbound calls, texts, and emails. Routes inquiries to sales, service, or parts; documents interactions in the CRM; records follow-up notes and next steps; and supports customer communication with light administrative work. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, computer and phone-system skills, reliability, punctuality, and professional teamwork.
