Manage all workers' compensation claims for a multi-state organization, overseeing relationships with TPAs, claim adjusters, defense counsel and insurance vendors. Drive continuous improvement, perform detailed claim analysis, and maintain strong organization, communication and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues; use product specs and web resources to guide customers; escalate or refer as needed; maintain system knowledge; and suggest process improvements.
