Design and build high-performance Tableau solutions from very large, complex ERD-based datasets. Translate joined data into Tableau segments, optimize for scale (up to 1B rows), configure Tableau Server, work with Hadoop/AWS and backend databases (Teradata/Oracle/SQL Server), and apply server/client best practices. Ensure performant designs and support user security and authentication as needed. Must pass background and drug screen.

Plan, direct, and coordinate engineering design and resourcing projects. Maintain and update Primavera/MS Project plans, perform bi-monthly CICT data downloads and cost-savings analysis, create standardized graphs and presentations with Excel/think-cell, obtain weekly task updates, generate status reports, and interact with engineering and purchasing. Recruit, assign, and evaluate project staff.

Support web analytics for business units using Google Analytics and Tag Manager; create dashboards combining multiple data sources; collaborate with agencies and development teams to improve data capture, reporting, and site/campaign optimization; manage complex data pulls on aggressive timelines.

Design, develop, customize and integrate SharePoint solutions (portals, ECM, workflows, search). Document technical specifications, create test plans, support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and provide 3rd-tier support and mentoring.

Require advanced, recent JavaScript expertise (not front-end). Foundational SQL knowledge including joins, sorting, filtering, grouping/aggregation. Familiarity with Java/.NET/C++ is helpful. Must pass background and drug screen.

Receive inbound French customer calls about HR policies, answer inquiries, resolve issues or route to caseworkers, record and track cases in a case management tool, and coach less experienced team members. Must pass background and drug screen.

Provide real-time middleware and application administration for production and non-production environments (WebLogic, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, UC4, Oracle IAM/OSB, Apache, Oracle DBMS, Unix). Troubleshoot system, OS, network, performance and web application issues, perform code and environment migrations, support HA/DR, participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, maintain security and documentation, and compile operational reports. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DBA teams and follow change/problem management processes.
