Provide Level 1 local and remote support for desktops, laptops, servers, and VoIP phones. Maintain Active Directory/Entra ID, imaging, DNS/DHCP, backups, antivirus, and ticket documentation per ITIL. Support branch setup, vendor coordination, HIPAA compliance, and generate technical support documentation.

Provide front-desk administrative support including answering phones, greeting and assisting patients/public, data entry, correspondence, office machine operation, and adherence to HIPAA and safety policies.

Lead development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications across the organization. Drive application roadmaps, coordinate projects, perform coding, database development, testing/QA, vendor contract work, and ensure compliance with HIPAA/PCI/SOX. Serve as technical owner and subject matter expert, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
