Design and validate user experiences for web-based dealer parts marketing and BI platforms. Create flows, wireframes, mockups; collaborate with developers, BAs and clients; participate in user testing and iterate designs; ensure usability across the SDLC.

Analyze business domains and document processes, requirements, and data models. Gather business and technical environments, develop BRDs and technical requirements, support UAT and SDLC activities, coordinate testing and production updates, manage multiple projects, and present findings to stakeholders.
