Lead Pega solution design and application development for large, complex projects. Set technical direction, manage code migrations to production, and lead teams. Require Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) with 5–6 years building enterprise Pega solutions. Solve complex problems, apply OOP principles, and work with technologies like WebSphere/WebLogic, J2EE, .NET, and Oracle.

Perform Oracle Apps data migration: analyze legacy ERDs, map and migrate data into Oracle Apps, and implement Oracle APIs and open interfaces for Oracle Financials and the OLFM module.

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade Adobe CQ5 (AEM) solutions using Java/Sling/JCR and related web technologies. Build high-availability, multi-tier web applications, implement SOAP/REST services, perform CQ5 development (templates, components, dialogs), migrate large CMS content into CQ5, deploy with Maven, resolve technical/user issues, and collaborate with distributed development and QA teams in an Agile environment.
