Project Manager role in Cleveland responsible for implementing projects, delivering PM artifacts, and producing documentation. Requires GRC/risk management experience and strong documentation skills.

Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using HTML5, CSS (2/3), JavaScript, jQuery and JSON. Integrate front-end with back-end systems, ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, responsive design, and participate in whiteboard problem-solving and code-level interviews.

Administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/11.5.10.2) and Oracle Database (11gR1/11gR2): perform cloning, installation, ADADMIN application patching, database/clusterware patching, daily support, and communicate with customers and offshore teams.

Architect, design and lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 implementations and upgrades. Define server architecture (IFD, ADFS, multi-tenancy), configure/customize CRM, build integrations (CTI, web services, SSIS), develop plugins/workflows, and provide technical leadership and solution consulting.

Administer and support PeopleSoft HRMS and related modules using PeopleTools; perform installations on UNIX/Windows, apply patches and updates, use Change Assistant, perform basic UNIX/SQL and Oracle DBA tasks, and support ELM and FSCM. Provide ongoing application/server support and scripting as needed.

DB2/Vertica DBA responsible for data warehouse design, data modeling (star schema), and database administration. Must have hands-on experience with Vertica, DB2 (DPF) or Hadoop, in-database processing (SAS), performance tuning, query optimization, and working with developers to build database tools and establish best practices. Full-time onsite role.

Design and develop Informatica ETL mappings for data warehousing; perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT, fix defects, plan and facilitate code deployments, and coordinate with customers, offshore teams, and infrastructure support.

Support and administer Windows servers and IIS for web hosting and development environments. Assist web application teams using Microsoft technologies, monitor network/application health, maintain confidentiality, provide strong customer service and communication. Knowledge of Windows OS, SDLC, and monitoring tools required; PowerShell scripting and MS Systems Engineer certification preferred.

Develop and maintain big data solutions using Hadoop, HBase, MongoDB and Core Java on Linux. Implement and support scalable data processing pipelines; contribute to big data architecture and platform tasks.

Create high-fidelity visual designs and production graphics that reflect client brands and improve usability. Participate in user research and usability testing, iterate on designs based on findings, collaborate with UX and technical teams, and travel to client sites as needed. Provide consulting expertise and communicate design rationale to clients and stakeholders.
