Oversee application architecture, cloud modernization on Azure, CI/CD/DevOps practices, SSRS and BI reporting, data model and ETL optimization, and align development roadmaps with business objectives.

Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable curriculum for customers and employees across eLearning, virtual, video, and classroom modalities. Partner with SMEs to translate technical and clinical content, deliver select trainings, manage LMS and authoring tools, and measure/improve learning outcomes.
