Lead and coach the store sales team to drive profitable sales growth, manage labour and inventory, ensure compliance (particularly Consumer Law), build stakeholder relationships, uphold brand standards, and maintain high-quality customer experience and visual merchandising.

Coordinate back-of-house operations to maximise efficiency and compliance: manage inbound/outbound stock flow, returns, transfers and invoicing, ensure safety and procedural adherence, handle customer enquiries and complaints, and support stakeholder relationships to deliver excellent customer service.

Provide administrative and finance support to store operations, including daily cash counts and deposits, payroll timesheet review, maintaining employee records and compliance, reconciling store expenses and accounts, and supporting process improvements.

Support Operations and Communications by creating clear SOPs, managing internal communications and intranet content, assisting stores with operational queries, driving process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to implement change and embed training.
