Provide on-site and remote technical support for generator mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshoot and commission equipment, lead root-cause investigations, produce technical reports and specifications, liaise between field teams, customers, procurement and engineering, and support outages and proposal activities.

Support development and improvement of regional supply chain for engineered components. Review technical drawings, liaise with Engineering/Procurement/Quality/Logistics, support supplier development, resolve supply issues, and prepare reports while learning gas and steam turbine components and manufacturing methods.

Act as primary technical contact for customers on generator electrical, mechanical, and auxiliary systems. Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and support for operation, maintenance, commissioning, and outages. Prepare technical reports and specifications, liaise between field, design, and procurement, maintain customer relationships, and represent the company during inspections and technical reviews. Travel internationally up to 50% and support urgent out-of-hours customer needs.
