Serve as the primary customer contact in an automotive service department. Welcome customers, document vehicle concerns, schedule appointments, communicate with technicians, explain repairs and costs, obtain approval for additional work, provide status updates, process payments, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate records. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, computer skills, teamwork, and a valid driver's license. Automotive experience is helpful but not required.
