Manage and grow Xinjiang aftermarket and new-build markets for refinery, petrochemical, chemical and AWO businesses. Develop and execute sales plans, lead full sales cycle (prospecting, needs analysis, proposals, negotiation, contracts, collections), perform key account management, collect market and client maintenance data, coordinate product delivery and site services with PM, and support marketing strategy.

Sales-focused engineering role that supports the sales process by providing technical expertise, preparing and presenting quotations, reviewing RFQs, recommending pricing, meeting customers onsite, and providing technical support throughout project initiation and delivery.

Provide advanced technical support to sales and customers: prepare and evaluate technical proposals, deliver sales briefings, analyze customer specifications, support implementation and troubleshooting, and mentor junior engineers while managing multiple proposals and deadlines.

Lead detailed electrical and instrumentation engineering for skid and modular process plants: prepare instrument designs, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, control philosophies, alarm/interlock matrices, SIS/SIF/SIL, participate in HAZOPs, review subcontractor deliverables, support procurement, workshop assembly, construction and commissioning, manage discipline interfaces, and contribute to project schedules and cost support.
