Leads hotel sales and marketing operations to maximize room, meeting, catering, and event revenue. Develops pricing, marketing, promotional, and public relations strategies; solicits and manages key accounts; negotiates contracts; monitors bookings and profitability; prepares forecasts and reports; and represents the hotel at industry events. Supervises, schedules, trains, and evaluates sales staff, manages departmental budgets and technology, coordinates with hotel departments, and ensures service, safety, and operational standards.
