Lead end-to-end implementations of the Caruso SaaS platform for private-market fund managers. Responsibilities include discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, platform configuration, testing, training, go-live support, and data migration coordination. The role translates complex fund operations into scalable workflows, partners with technical and customer teams, improves implementation processes, and mentors junior staff.

Manage investor onboarding, maintain investor registers, and execute capital activity (calls, distributions, transfers). Validate AML/KYC, generate investor communications, support compliance and audits, track workflows, and identify process improvements to automate registry operations.
