Supervise a remote bookkeeping team and manage a portfolio of SMEs, NPOs and real-estate clients. Ensure proactive client follow-up, improve processes and adopt cloud tools, produce corporate tax returns (T2, CO-17) and perform compilation engagements. Provide coaching and manage schedules and deliverables.

Design and optimize food-processing projects from mandate to production: analyze client needs, process design, P&IDs, equipment selection and procurement, schedule and cost control, field measurements, installation supervision, commissioning, production follow-up, and proposal preparation.
