Develops financial and operational reports, dashboards, KPIs, workflows, and Excel models. Cleans and analyzes data from multiple systems, identifies trends and anomalies, supports Power BI and financial reporting solutions, troubleshoots discrepancies, and partners with Finance and Operations stakeholders. Act as a trusted HR advisor for district leaders, providing full‑spectrum HR support including employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, organizational design, change leadership, and data‑driven guidance. Lead high‑impact, sensitive situations, partner with recruitment and HR programs, and travel to district locations (~20%) to build relationships and drive inclusive, values‑driven culture and business outcomes.

Lead full-lifecycle delivery of mid-to-large commercial and institutional construction projects (~$30M+), from pre-construction and CM conversion through construction and close-out. Manage estimating, budgeting, tendering, procurement, scheduling, site logistics, risk/forecasting, contracts, and client/subcontractor relationships. Mentor project teams and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
