Lead district-level construction finance activities including finalizing WIP schedules, monthly forecasting, risk identification, KPI monitoring, operational and financial planning, internal controls, and coaching accounting and operations teams to drive efficiency and accurate reporting.

Lead full-lifecycle delivery of mid-to-large commercial and institutional construction projects (~$30M+), from pre-construction and CM conversion through construction and close-out. Manage estimating, budgeting, tendering, procurement, scheduling, site logistics, risk/forecasting, contracts, and client/subcontractor relationships. Mentor project teams and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Lead development and management of the master construction schedule using Primavera P6; integrate sub-trade schedules, oversee resource loading and progress validation, perform delay and risk analyses, produce EVM reporting, engage stakeholders, conduct on-site validation, and mentor junior planners to support on-time delivery of a major multi-billion-dollar infrastructure program.

Own day-to-day project cost control for the ANMRC, including budget formulation, EVM baselines, cost-to-complete forecasting, cash flow and contingency tracking, change impact assessment, cost reporting/analytics, cost risk analysis, procurement alignment, and onsite cost validation to support on-budget delivery within an IPD environment.

Act as a trusted HR advisor for district leaders, providing full‑spectrum HR support including employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, organizational design, change leadership, and data‑driven guidance. Lead high‑impact, sensitive situations, partner with recruitment and HR programs, and travel to district locations (~20%) to build relationships and drive inclusive, values‑driven culture and business outcomes.
