Manage the full RV sales process from lead generation through delivery and post-sale follow-up. Engage customers through online, phone, social media, and in-person channels; track leads in CRM systems; understand customer needs and budgets; recommend products; negotiate and close sales; maintain documentation; and build repeat business and referrals. The role is commission-based, includes paid training, and requires weekend availability.
