Provide administrative and HR support to branch leadership: coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain confidential records, assist payroll/timekeeping, support employee relations, training, engagement, compliance, and office operations to foster a positive, mission-aligned workplace.

Serve as a hands-on HR partner guiding managers through the full employee lifecycle, handling employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy compliance. Coach leaders, identify and escalate risk, support workforce planning and culture initiatives, and translate employment law into practical guidance across multiple sites.
