Provide front-line member service and engagement to recruit and retain members, lead and supervise Member Engagement staff, assist with hiring, training, scheduling and payroll, handle member inquiries and complaints, support community fundraising, and maintain safety and YMCA policies.

Provide administrative support to branch leadership and manage people operations including onboarding/offboarding, payroll/timekeeping support, employee records, HR policy guidance, incident documentation, and staff engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive, compliant, and mission-driven workplace.
